Carrie is a licensed and registered occupational therapist. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology at Skidmore College and her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at Tufts University. Carrie has worked with neurodiverse children in school settings for over 17 years, supporting a wide range of developmental needs. She is passionate about helping children engage in meaningful activities through a fun, play centered therapy approach. Carrie is highly skilled at collaborating with children and families to provide individualized, strengths-based care. Outside of occupational therapy, Carrie enjoys taking walks, attending musicals, listening to music, and exploring new places with her family and rescue dog.

Annika is a licensed and registered occupational therapist. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Behavior and Health Sciences at Boston University and her Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy at MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, MA. Annika brings her passion for pediatric care to our clinic, where she specializes in creating interactive, functional, and play-based therapy solutions for children and their families. Certified in the Handwriting Without Tears curriculum, Annika ensures top-notch support for handwriting development.

Annika’s expertise shines through her past roles, where she crafted personalized treatment plans for students with a variety of diagnoses and collaborated closely with educational teams and families. In her treatment, Annika implements a range of intervention methods, including handwriting, fine and gross motor development, social-emotional regulation, and sensory processing activities. She has experience working with an array of diagnoses from children to adults in inpatient, mental health, long-term care, and school settings.

With a love for outdoor adventures, Annika enjoys hiking in the White Mountains and coaching ultimate frisbee. In her downtime, you can find her exploring new destinations, playing board games, or experimenting with delicious recipes in the kitchen.

Elizabeth (Liz) is a licensed and registered occupational therapist. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Sciences and Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy at Worcester State University. Liz is a dedicated occupational therapist with a strong passion for working with youth from birth to 22 years old. With experience in various settings, including inpatient, home-based, school, and telehealth therapy, she strives to make a positive impact on the lives of her young clients. Since 2016, Liz has focused her expertise on assisting children on the autism spectrum, notably in a residential school setting where she held the position of clinical lead.

Beyond her occupational therapy practice, Liz is a certified yoga instructor (RYT), incorporating her yoga training into her therapeutic approach. Liz has a special interest in self-regulation and believes children’s minds can grow and adapt through sensory experiences. Liz has furthered her knowledge through continuing education, specifically in programs such as The Zones of Regulation, the Alert program, and the Interoception Curriculum.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Stonehill College and her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy at Salem State University. She completed her Level II Fieldwork at KidLink Therapy under Mila Teshler’s supervision. Emilie has worked with children across a range of diagnoses in home settings and specialty schools. She is passionate about engaging children and their families in meaningful activities through creative, play-based therapy. Emilie excels at communicating and collaborating with children and families to provide individualized care that meets their unique needs. Jen is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Boston University in 1990. Prior to working at KidLink, Jen worked for over 15 years in public schools and has expertise in supporting students with developing interoceptive awareness, building self-regulation skills, and understanding their sensory profile. She has also worked for over 15 years in brain injury and neuro-rehabilitation. Jen is a lifelong learner and prioritizes educating herself so that she is staying current, while using a neurodiverse affirming (NDA) lens for her work. She has recently been trained in Dr. Ross Greene’s Collaborative and Proactive Solutions Model, Kelly Mahler’s Interoception Curriculum, and she attended Learn Play Thrive’s first annual Neurodiversity Affirming Occupational Therapy Practice Summit in 2023. Jen is passionate about supporting parents with supporting their children, and has completed the Happily Family Parent Coach Training Program. Mila is a pediatric Occupational Therapist with twenty years of experience working with infants, children and adolescents in diverse settings. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Health Sciences, and a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from Touro College School of Health Sciences.
